PAINTED GARDEN FLOWERS
Supplies:
- wooden garden stakes
- clear plastic plates
- outdoor acrylic paint* & paint brushes
- small screws
- screwdriver
- drill
- twine
How To:
- Give your kiddos a plate, a paintbrush, and all their favorite colors of paint. Let them create!
- Once paint is completely dry, drill a small hole approximately one centimeter from the inner rim of the plate. Use a drill bit that is slightly smaller than your screws.
- Use a screwdriver to attach the plate to the garden stake, using the drilled hole as your starting point.
- Cut 4 feet of twine and wrap it 4-5 times around the stake, leaving some on each end to tie a bow.
- Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the stake into the ground.
