Ballet (Dancing with RKDC)
Learn the discipline and form of basic ballet technique and terminology in a creative and welcoming environment. Students will improve upon coordination, alignment/posture, balance, and musicality. Boys and girls are welcome. Level 1: beginners and those with some ballet. Level 2: for the dancer who has had the basics and is ready for a higher level of dance. Level 3: for students who have taken levels 1 & 2 and are ready to learn intermediate level technique.
Dance Fusion Fitness
A great cardio and toning workout. A combination of basic body strength and toning exercises fused with great music and dance fitness movements. Designed to give you a full body workout to burn fat, calories, and tighten & tone your body!
Barre Tone and Sculpt
This 30-minute class will consist of barre strengthening with weights. This is an intense workout without being stressful on your body. Repetitive dance movements will bring you a lean, long body, and strengthen your core. No floor work or high impact activity. Bring light hand weights.
Zumba
This class for everyone is the most dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system that fuses Latin and International music with easy to follow movement patterns. “Ditch the workout and join the party.” Burn fat and calories and have fun.
Hapkido/Hoshinsul Self-Defense
This combination of strikes, blocks, and kicks includes hand-to-hand self-defense techniques. Classes will include learning how to defend yourself from your opponent using wrist and joint locks, pressure points, and weapons defense training. A great class for self-defense.
